Much of the news we come across in the lead up to Black Friday is so small that it really wouldn’t carry an entire post on its own since it only takes a sentence or two to convey. Here’s a quick round up of the Black Friday news bites we’ve found so far.buybuyBaby Holiday Ad 2013

buybuyBaby Holiday Flyer

This baby toy retailer with 85 locations nationwide has seen a surge of popularity, especially in the last year, so when we spotted the buybuyBaby Holiday Flyer in our Sunday paper this week we knew we had to share it with you. They’re offering free shipping for most online orders from now through December 17. Track down your own copy if you can – there’s a coupon for $5 off $15 good through 12/2, but they will not accept copies.

Dell Black Friday Sale

According to its Black Friday page, Dell will launch its Black Friday sale Wednesday November 27, at 6pm Central.  So if Dell figures into your Black Friday plans, you’ll be able to get your shopping there out of the way early.

6pm Black Friday Sale

The Black Friday page at reveals that their Black Friday sale will start on Thanksgiving night at 9pm PST. The page itself is strange, arranged like an infographic and calls out some popular brands and apparel, but there are no links to click on in places where it feels like there should be. A button that says “View the current deal” goes nowhere, for example. The bizarreness of this page aside, we do know you can expect deals on UGG Australia, Frye, Nine West, Dansko, New Balance, Sperry Top-Sider, Keen, Vibram Fivefingers, Merrell and Mavi. Categories called out include outerwear, sneakers, denim and hiking and running shoes. It also looks like they’re planning to highlight a new deeply discounted Black Friday deal every hour throughout Black Friday.
