She was fired for “laying hands on a customer”, which is forbidden under any circumstances…the B*stards of Bentonville require that their employees allow themselves to be abused, even threatened and assaulted (as happened here) by customers but are absolutely forbidden to react, even defensively.

I’d like to know what store policy allowed for her firing and what exactly she was terminated for. Perhaps this was just another example of Wal-Mart’s heavy-handed tactics in “relieving an employee of their duties”. Everyone knows they were cutting store greeters to save more money, which is ALWAYS (as they like to say)their bottom line!!!

Walmart always acts too impulsively. they are way to quick to fire an employee. I’ve seen some there that maybe should be terminated, but I’m only a customer
